Reblium Studio manual
Reblium Studio builds digital humans in the browser: a face, skin, eyes, hair, a body, clothes and motion, on the GNM head or on a MetaHuman, ready to export to Unreal, Unity or Blender.
This manual is written for the artist using the studio. Every tab and tool has a page: what it is for, where it is, how to use it step by step, what every control does, and the problems people run into. Features marked Beta are in beta: see Beta features for how to get them.
The usual way through
- Start a character: pick a face in the Generator, or open a MetaHuman. See Start a character.
- Shape the face on the Head tab, mix faces in the Face mixers, and Sculpt what the sliders cannot.
- Give it a look: Skin, Makeup, Eye, Accessories, tattoos and wounds.
- Do the hair on the one Hair tab: strands or cards, groomed by hand.
- Go MetaHuman when the face is done: Convert to MetaHuman, then add a Body, Garments and Animation.
- Light it and export it: Light, then Export for Unreal, Unity or Blender.
How the manual is organised
- Getting started: signing in, your characters, starting a character, the layout and the camera.
- The two heads: the GNM head and the MetaHuman, bringing one in, converting, and the MetaHuman rig.
- Faces: the Head tab, the Generator, the faces libraries and the face mixers.
- Sculpt and shape: Sculpt, Deformers, Expression and Wrap.
- Hair: the one Hair tab, short and long hair, facial hair, hair cards and grooming.
- Skin and looks and Eye.
- Body and clothing, Garments, and Animation and motion.
- Light and viewport, Export, Beta features, and the Reference: common problems, glossary, What's new.
