Last updated 24 September 2026. Mascotte.AI is in beta.
What you make is yours
The characters you create in Reblium Studio Webapp belong to you. That
includes the head you shape, the skin, hair, makeup, tattoos and everything
else you set, and the mesh and texture files you export.
You may use what you make commercially. There is no
revenue threshold, no royalty, no attribution requirement and no restriction
on which engine, renderer or product you use it in.
The mascots you create in Mascotte.AI belong to you. That includes the face
you shape, its look and voice, and the persona and knowledge you write for it.
You may use your mascots commercially: on your website,
at a front desk, in a shop, a museum or a classroom. There is no royalty and
no attribution requirement.
This does not change retroactively. Anything you created while these terms
were in force stays under these terms, whatever we do later.
What we do with your work
- We do not train on your characters or your conversations. Not now, and we will not start
quietly later. If that ever changes it will be an opt in you have to
actively agree to, and it will not apply to anything you made before.
- We do not share them or publish them. Your characters are not
shown to other users, sold, or handed to anyone else.
- We store them so you can load them back. That is the whole reason
they are on our server. If you are not signed in they never leave your
browser at all.
- Your email is for signing in. That, and the occasional message
about the service. Release emails are separate and off unless you tick
the box.
The full detail, including how to delete everything, is on the
privacy page.
Conversations
To answer, what you and your visitors type or say to a mascot is sent to
Google (Gemini), and the answer is sent to ElevenLabs to be spoken. We do not
keep the words: we count conversations and what they cost, never what was said.
A mascot says what its persona and guardrails tell it to, and a model can
still get things wrong. Check what it says before you rely on it for anything
that matters, and do not use it for medical, legal or financial advice.
Sharing a mascot
A share link or QR code lets anyone talk to your mascot, without an account.
What your mascot says on it is your responsibility, as it would be on your own
website, so set its persona and guardrails with care. Conversations on your
link count toward your plan, and you can switch a link off at any time.
This is a beta
- Features will change, move and sometimes disappear.
- We keep backups, but this is beta software and you should not treat it
as the only copy of work that matters to you. You can download any
character as a file at any time, and we would rather you did.
- There is no uptime promise. It is free, and sometimes it will be down.
- There is no uptime promise during the beta, on any plan.
What will be paid later
So that you can plan, here is the intention as it stands today:
- Creating and exporting characters stays free.
- Cloud saving above a limit will be paid. Saving to your account is
free during the beta. A free allowance will stay.
- Asset packs will be paid. Extra hair, wardrobe and materials.
We will say what the limits are before they start applying, not after.
Plans
Mascotte.AI is free to start, with a daily allowance of conversation time.
Paid plans give more time each day; what each plan includes and costs is on the
pricing page. Building your
mascot never counts toward the allowance. A paid plan can be cancelled at any
time and runs until the end of the period you paid for.
We will say when a limit or a price changes before it applies, not after.
Fair use of the service
Two things we ask. Do not use the service to make material that is illegal,
or that depicts a real person in a way they have not agreed to. Do not attack
the service itself, whether by scripting it at volume, working around limits
or trying to reach other people's accounts.
We can suspend an account that does either. If we do, you can still ask for
a copy of your characters.
Built on other people's work
Reblium Studio Webapp is built on Google's GNM Head, which is open source
under the Apache License 2.0. We are not affiliated with Google, and nothing
here is endorsed by them.
The full list of third party components, with the licence and the retained
notices for each, is on the attributions
page.
Liability, briefly
The service is provided as it is, with no warranty. We are not liable for
lost work, lost income or anything that follows from using it. This is a free
beta, which is exactly why you should keep your own copies of anything you
care about. This is a beta, which is exactly why you should keep your own
copy of any persona or knowledge you care about.
Changing these terms
If we change them we will date the new version and say what changed on the
What's new page, by email to every account. The rights you already have over characters you already made
do not change.
Who we are
